What should I do if a damaged good is received?
E-mail us immediately if you have received a damaged item. Please provide the listing number and describe the situation as detailed as possible.
We replace or refund all manufacture defects within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
If the merchandise is damaged by the freight company (FedEx or USPS), we will help you file a damage claim. In this case, you will only be refunded when the freight company refunds us.
Please note that it will take up to 30 days for the freight company to investigate and make a final decision on the claim.
You are required to keep the damaged merchandise until the damaged goods claim is resolved.
